The EAPA Scheme helps people experiencing financial hardship pay their electricity and gas bills. Eligible customers receive EAPA vouchers, which are sent directly to their energy provider to reduce outstanding bills.

✔ Assistance is by appointment only
✔ Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are issued based on eligibility

TNC offers No Interest Loans (NILs) in partnership with Good Shepherd, funded by the Department of Social Services (DSS) and NSW Fair Trading. NILs provide interest-free loans of up to $2,000 for essential goods and services, such as:

✔ Medical & dental expenses
✔ Education & work essentials (e.g., laptops, uniforms, tools)
✔ Car registration & repairs

TNC provides limited financial assistance for the purchase of essential prescription medicines under the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) for those in urgent need.
💡 How to access medicine assistance:

✔ Proof of need and a valid PBS prescription is required
✔ Support is subject to available funding
