The Lions Club of Toukley is part of Lions Clubs International, the world’s largest service club organisation. Locally, the Toukley branch is made up of dedicated volunteers who raise funds and provide hands-on support for a wide range of community needs.
Toukley Neighbourhood Centre partners with the Lions Club through fundraising efforts and community events (like Australia Day Eve), including their generous support for our Christmas appeal and food relief programs. Their commitment to service makes a real difference to the lives of people in our area.

Orange Sky Laundry
Orange Sky is a not-for-profit organisation providing free mobile laundry and shower services to people experiencing homelessness or hardship. Their mission goes beyond clean clothes—they offer genuine connection and conversation, fostering dignity and inclusion for those doing it tough.
Toukley Neighbourhood Centre proudly partners with Orange Sky to host their mobile laundry service every Friday morning. While washing is underway, our volunteers provide hot drinks and toasties, creating a welcoming space for people to relax, connect, and feel cared for.
OzHarvest
OzHarvest is a leading food rescue organisation committed to nourishing people in need and reducing food waste across Australia. By collecting quality surplus food from commercial outlets and delivering it to charities, OzHarvest ensures good food doesn’t go to waste.
Toukley Neighbourhood Centre receives regular deliveries from OzHarvest, which we use to support our emergency food relief efforts, providing hundreds of hampers to those in need each momth. This partnership helps us provide consistent, nutritious support to locals doing it tough.
Rotary Club of Toukley
The Rotary Club of Toukley is part of Rotary International, a global network of volunteers dedicated to creating positive, lasting change in communities. Locally, the Toukley club supports a wide range of initiatives, from youth development to community wellbeing.
Toukley Neighbourhood Centre partners with the Rotary Club through sponsorship of community programs, fundraising support, and hands-on help at events. Their ongoing commitment to service strengthens our ability to deliver meaningful outcomes for the people we support.
SecondBite
SecondBite is a national food rescue organisation that works to reduce food waste and fight food insecurity by redistributing fresh, nutritious food to charities and community groups. They partner with supermarkets and food businesses to ensure good food reaches people who need it most.
At Toukley Neighbourhood Centre, we collect food donated through SecondBite from Coles Monday to Friday. This food is made available in our community pantry, ensuring individuals and families can access fresh produce and staples throughout the week.
We Care Connect
We Care Connect is a Central Coast charity that supports vulnerable children by providing quality preloved essentials such as clothing, cots, prams, and toys. Their volunteer-powered model ensures children have what they need to thrive.
Toukley Neighbourhood Centre works closely with We Care Connect by referring families in need and helping to distribute donated items. Through this partnership, we’re able to provide practical support that eases financial pressure on parents and carers doing it tough.
