The AGM will be held on Friday 23 October 2026 at 9am in the Hall at 7-9 Summerside Street, Toukley.

Board Nominations
Four Board positions are open for nomination at the meeting. These relate to three retiring Board members (under the requirements of the Constitution) and one vacancy. You need to be an association member to nominate.
Nominations close on Thursday 22 October at 5pm.
Board members are required to abide by the Board Charter and Code of Conduct. These documents are provided with the supporting documentation below.
