The Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme (ACVVS) is a national initiative funded by the Australian Government's Department of Health and Aged Care. This program aims to enrich the quality of life for older individuals who are socially isolated or lonely by providing regular companionship through volunteer visits.

At TNC, we are proud to coordinate the ACVVS in our local community. Our dedicated team recruits, trains, and supports volunteers who visit residents in local aged care facilities. These visits foster genuine friendships and provide much-needed social interaction for our elderly community members.
