Toukley Neighbourhood Centre (TNC) is an incorporated association that has been serving the community since 1988. As a not-for-profit organisation, we provide a range of support services, programs, and activities that foster connection, wellbeing, and empowerment across the NSW Central Coast.
We operate under the Associations Incorporation Act 2009 (NSW) and hold relevant registrations as a charity and fundraising authority holder, ensuring transparency and accountability in everything we do.

Toukley Neighbourhood Centre is governed by a
volunteer Management Committee (Board), which oversees the strategic direction and operations of the organisation. The Board is elected annually at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) and is responsible for ensuring we remain financially sustainable, legally compliant, and responsive to the needs of our community.
