With expertise across community support, program management, and essential services, our team is committed to creating a welcoming, well-run, and impactful organisation that serves the people of Toukley.

Bonnie is a Dharug woman working on Darkinjung land, dedicated to supporting individuals and families through her role at Toukley Neighbourhood Centre. As an Aboriginal and Community Support Worker, she provides crisis support, case co-ordination, referrals, and emergency relief, ensuring people facing hardship receive the assistance they need.
With a strong focus on advocacy and community development, Bonnie works closely with local organisations and service providers to improve access to essential support, particularly for Aboriginal and vulnerable community members. She is passionate about empowering individuals to overcome challenges, build resilience, and connect with the right resources.
Bonnie’s role extends beyond individual support—she actively engages in community outreach, networking, and capacity-building initiatives, strengthening relationships and ensuring that services remain responsive to community needs.
At TNC, Bonnie is known for her energy, kindness, and strong advocacy, making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she supports every day.

Jodie is the Volunteer & Programs Officer at Toukley Neighbourhood Centre, where she plays a vital role in organising children’s and youth programs and supporting the delivery of community events. She is dedicated to creating fun, engaging, and meaningful activities that bring young people and families together.
Jodie works closely with local schools, preschools, and community groups to develop partnerships that enhance program offerings. She coordinates holiday activities, workshops, and special events, ensuring they are accessible, well-organised, and responsive to community needs.
Beyond program coordination, Jodie is involved in networking and outreach, representing TNC at local interagency meetings and building relationships with other service providers to strengthen support for children, young people, and families.
At TNC, Jodie is known for her enthusiasm, creativity, and commitment to delivering programs and events that make a real difference in the community.

Mel is our Program Co-ordinator who additionally overlooks our reception area, ensuring our operations are running smoothly so we can deliver information and contacts, and establish connections to services promptly for our visitors. She has worked at the Centre for almost a year.
What Mel loves the most about her involvement in community services is the people she helps and works with every day.

At TNC, Erin is known for her

Naomi first joined the Centre in April 2024 as a student on work placement while completing her Certificate III in Community Services. Committed to supporting her community, she continued volunteering after finishing her placement and officially joined the team as a Client Support Officer (NILS) in May 2025.
During her employment, Naomi has worked across a variety of areas. She initially supported the reception team, assisting clients with food support and connecting them with relevant services and resources. She later progressed into the NILS team and has recently further expanded her role, becoming an EAPA Assessor.
Outside of work, Naomi is a busy single mum to three wonderful children. She is also involved in teaching dance and acrobatics at her children’s dance school. Having experienced her own challenges, she is passionate about giving back and finds great fulfilment in helping others in any way she can.
At TNC, Naomi is known for her commitment to community support, willingness to help and care for others, keeping our clients in touch with the assistance they need.
